
At Dirtbird we like to keep things spicy, saucy and full of
flavour... When we challenged our chefs to serve this up on
a daily basis they came up with the perfect combination of
over 17 herbs, spices and fresh ingredients to create a
stellar partner-in-crime to some kick ass locally sourced
fresh farm chicken. Marinade it for over 12 hours, cook it
in a rotisserie oven and serve it up with sides of your
choice... there you have it, some...
